RSVP/ VOLUNTEER
Join Us
To help us plan, we're asking everyone to RSVP with some basic contact info so we can communicate any last minute changes. We consider this a private event with an open door. You are welcome to bring friends and family who carry the spirit of applecamp and will be kind and respectful of our home.

We're thrilled to partner with Evansville Underground Music to support talented musicians throughout the weekend. If you're able to contribute, we'd be grateful for a $10+ donation per person to help support the live music.

THURSDAY
SETUP | Anytime
Help with various tasks as we set up the property. Ideally, you would be physically able to move around and lift heavy objects but we’ll take all the help we can get.
FRIDAY
SETUP | Anytime
Help with various tasks as we set up the property. Ideally, you would be physically able to move around and lift heavy objects but we’ll take all the help we can get.
GOODNIGHT TASKS
Help close down the food tent and various clean up tasks at the end of the night.
SATURDAY
1. PARKING ASSISTANCE | Afternoon through Evening
Starting around noon, direct people to park closely together so we can maximize space. Once the back lot is full, direct people to park on lawn or along roadside. We would ideally have a few people willing to help so this could be done in incremental shifts through 8pm.
2. CIDER PRESSING | Afternoon
Press fresh apple juice for people who bring you a full picked haul. We will walk you through how to use the press. Having a few people at a time helping with this would be ideal.
3. FOOD TENT MONITORS | Periodically through Evening
Help keep the food tent clean and stocked throughout the day. This task involves walking things back/forth from the house.
At the end of the night, it would be wonderful to have a few people close down the food tent.
4. GARBAGE, WATER, ICE MONITORS | Periodically through Evening
Keep an eye on and periodically take out full garbage and recycling bins and replace with new bags. Keep an eye on the water and ice in the coolers and replenish when needed.
5. CASH DONATION COLLECTORS | Periodically during Live Music
Unabashadly walk around with the cash donation bucket during live music to collect donations.
SUNDAY
CLEAN UP | Early Afternoon
Dismantle everything and burn it. Just kidding.
Any help with taking tents down and hauling items to their rightful homes would be appreciated. Ideally, you would be physically able to move around and lift heavy objects but we’ll take all the help we can get.
