JUNE 19-21, 2026
“What is green in me
darkens, muscadine.
If a woman is inconstant
good, I am faithful to
ebb and flow, I fall
in season and now
is a time of ripening.
If her part
is to be true,
a north star,
good, I hold steady
in the black sky
and vanish by day,
yet burn there
in blue or above
quilts of cloud.
There is no savor
more sweet, more salt
than to be glad to be
what, woman,
and who, myself,
I am, a shadow
that grows longer as the sun
moves, drawn out
on a thread of wonder.
If I bear burdens
they begin to be remembered
as gifts, goods, a basket
of bread that hurts
my shoulders but closes me
in fragrance. I can
eat as I go.”
THERE WILL BE
fire
river
dancing, if the music is right
for an afternoon
an evening
or overnight.
BRING
your beating heart
a friend
what you have to give.
TAKE
your time
a break
what you need.
Please check this page periodically, more details will be added.
If camping is not your thing, limited bedroom space is available and plenty of floor space for an air mattress.
If it's a rainy forecast, activities will change but we party on anyway.
Feel free to bring a friend and please have them/her RSVP so they/she receives all communications.
All activities are optional and subject to Ma’ Nature, the precious resource of motivation, and other practicalities.

Sing-along
Come sing songs of resilience, kindness, care, and connection. We will be led in easy-to-learn songs, taught in call-and-response style, sometimes sung in rounds. All voices welcome, whether you think of yourself as a singer or not! (Listening is welcome, too.) Let’s make some noise, joyfully, and imperfectly, together. 💜
Led by Sarah Luetzow & Gina Bower

Where should I set up camp?
Wherever you want, you have 6.5 acres to explore. Most ladycampers set up in the flat, grassy, wooded area along the river.
Is the river swimmable?
Technically, one could swim in the Yahara River but I wouldn't recommend it. It is not that deep and tends to be weedy on the bottom. Better to stay inside the boat.
What is the bathroom situation?
Behind a tree or go to the house.
Anything else? Text me
